3MF is the file format we manufacture from. It carries your model, plates and slicer setup in one file, so what you designed is what gets quoted.

A 3MF holds more than geometry: it keeps plate layouts, filament assignments and your slicer's process settings together. That lets us quote each plate separately and print your job as you set it up. To order, export a 3MF from a slicer such as Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer.
You can also upload STL, STEP or OBJ files to get a price and print-time estimate, but only 3MF files can be manufactured today.
What we use from your file
- Your models, plates and layer height, infill, wall and support settings, within the limits we accept
- Your choice of material and color, which you confirm at quote time. Colors declared in the file are not the print colors
- Print temperatures and speeds are set by us for the material you choose, not taken from your file
Multi-plate files
Each plate in your 3MF is checked and quoted on its own. If one plate can't be made on our setup, it doesn't block the others, and you'll see why. The build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm.
Common questions
Can I order from an STL file?
Not yet. STL, STEP and OBJ give you a price and print-time estimate only. Export a 3MF to order.
Can I paste a link instead of uploading?
Yes. The upload page can import a model from a MakerWorld or Printables link.
