Privacy Policy

BrallyWorks is operated by Insomia Code LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as BrallyWorks ("we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use BrallyWorks, and how we use and share it. BrallyWorks is intended for customers in the United States.

• Account details: the email address or phone number you sign in with.
• Your files and choices: the CAD and 3MF files you upload, including any metadata they contain (such as author name, software or printer profile), and the materials, colors and print settings you choose.
• Orders and payments: what you ordered, prices, payment and refund status, and the version and time of the Terms you accepted. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we see only limited details such as card brand, last four digits and expiry.
• Shipping: recipient name and delivery address, carrier and tracking number.
• Communications: messages you exchange with us about an order, emails you send us, and the email address or phone number you give us for order notifications.
• Photos of your part: inspection photos of your finished part and snapshots from the printer camera while your job runs.
• Live camera view: while your part is printing, we can stream live video from the printer camera to you (and to our operators). We do not record the live video. Setting up a live view involves short-lived technical records, such as the IP addresses of the devices connecting and the time of the session, which we delete shortly afterwards.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and server logs, used to run and secure the service (for example to limit repeated sign-in attempts).

To provide quotes, manufacture, inspect and ship your orders, verify your sign-in, process payments and refunds, send receipts and order updates, answer your messages, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms (including reviewing orders for prohibited items), and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We also produce aggregated statistics that do not identify you, such as the number of parts printed.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use your files to train machine-learning models.

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking tools. Because we do not track you across other sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.

We share personal information only with providers that help us operate BrallyWorks, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Supabase, for sign-in, database and file storage (including your uploaded files and part photos).
• Vercel, which hosts the website and processes request logs.
• Cloudflare, whose real-time relay service can carry the live camera video between our printer computer and your browser when they cannot connect directly. The video is encrypted end to end, so the relay forwards it without being able to view it; it does see connection details such as IP addresses.
• Stripe, for payment processing and saved payment methods.
• Resend, which delivers our emails, and a text-message provider that delivers sign-in codes sent by text.
• Inngest, which runs background tasks such as order processing and notifications.
• Upstash, which stores short-lived rate-limiting records keyed to IP address.
• Shipping carriers, who receive the recipient name and delivery address.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the public or us, or to a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

Uploaded files are stored privately. They are accessible only to you, to the people at BrallyWorks who need them to quote, produce and support your order, and to the service providers above that store or process them for us. Our Terms explain the limited license you give us to use your files.

We keep account, order, payment, shipping and message records while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting, legal and dispute purposes (typically up to seven years). Files and photos tied to an order are kept with that order so you can review and reorder it, unless you ask us to delete them. Live camera video is not stored. Files uploaded for a quote that is never ordered may be deleted at any time.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or send you a copy of your personal information by emailing support@brallyworks.com from the email address on your account, or from another address if you can confirm the phone number on your account. We will respond within 45 days, subject to records we are required to keep. We will not treat you differently for making a request. To stop order-update emails, email us; receipts and sign-in codes you request are still sent.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable hosting providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you of a breach affecting your information as required by law.

BrallyWorks is not directed at children. You must be 18 or older to place an order, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
